浙东引水工程与沿线河网防洪排涝协同调度研究

摘要 浙东引水工程采用河网开放式输水方式,引水与沿线途经的萧绍宁平原河网的蓄水位关系密切。通过构建引水沿线萧绍平原、姚江平原河网产水模型、水量配置模型及水动力模型,计算分析了引水后河网处于不同蓄水位条件下对沿线河网防洪排涝的影响。研究结果表明:在平原河网最高常水位提高0.1 m的条件下,对萧绍平原及姚江平原河网的防洪排涝影响较小;除蜀山平原由于萧山枢纽外排作用导致河网水位降低、高水位持续时间减少外,其余平原河网最高常水位提高0.2 m以上时,如遇到局地突发暴雨,会对平原河网防洪排涝造成较严重影响。研究成果为汛期引水调度决策提供了重要技术指标。 The water diversion project in Eastern Zhejiang adopts an open water transfer mode within the river network,which is closely related to the water storage level of river network in Xiaoshan-Shaoxing-Ningbo Plain along the route.Based on the water production model,water allocation model and hydrodynamic model of the river network in Xiaoshao Plain and Yaojiang Plain along the diversion route,the influence of the river network under different water storage levels on flood control and drainage along the river network after water diversion is calculated and analyzed.The results show that when the maximum constant water level of the plain river network is increased by 0.1 m,the impact on flood control and drainage of the river network in Xiaoshan Plain and Yaojiang Plain is small.Except for the low water level and reduced duration of high water level in Shushan Plain due to the discharge effect of Xiaoshan Station,when the maximum normal water level of the river network in the remaining plains increases by more than 0.2 m,if there is a sudden rainstorm,it will have a serious impact on flood control and drainage of the plain river network.The results provide important technical indicators for the decision of water diversion dispatch during the flood season.
