潮间带水闸基坑电渗联合真空预压降排水设计与施工

Designand Construction of Drainage by Electroosmosis Combined with VacuumPreloading Technology for Sluice Foundation Pit in Intertidal Zone

摘要 以崇明岛堡镇港北闸外移工程基坑为例,研究针对含水率高且层间水流动性差的淤泥质地层,采用电渗联合真空预压技术处理。现场实测数据表明,经过处理后,(1)3-1土层含水率从54.6%下降至28.1%,(1)3-2层含水率从45.7%下降至34.2%,且峰值粘聚力从12 kPa提升至14 kPa,峰值内摩擦角从19.0°提升至26.5°,对软土地基处理有良好效果。该方法可促使土体快速固结排水,有效缩短了工期,其设计和施工经验可供类似工程借鉴。 Based on the excavation of the North Gate of Baozhen Port,Chongming Island,the treatment of the muddy stratum with high water content and poor interlayer water fluidity by electroosmosis combined with vacuum preloading technology is studied.The field measured data show that after treatment,the water content of①3-1 layer decreases from 54.6%to 28.1%,and that of①3-2 layer decreases from 45.7%to 34.2%,and the peak cohesion increased from 12 kPa to 14 kPa,and the peak internal friction angle increased from 19.0°to 26.5°,with good effect on soft soil foundation treatment.This method can promote rapid consolidation and drainage of the soil,effectively shortening the construction period,and the construction experience obtained can be used as reference in similar projects.
