A Study of Nanchang's Paid Study Room Based on Online Reviews

付费自习室是指根据时间付费,从而获得自习室座位使用权的一种学习空间。基于大众点评网中南昌付费自习室的评论,采用文本挖掘、内容分析法、词语共现法,从地理分布、功能分区、主营业务、附加业务、盈利模式、使用群体、使用目的、用户体验探查南昌市付费自习室的建设情况。研究发现,南昌付费自习室的地理位置大多位于交通便利的高校周围或者商圈的写字楼中;提供学习空间是付费自习室的主营业务,同时提供与学习相关的衍生型附加服务;在用户画像方面以考研、考编、考公的年轻人为主,付费自习室的环境、基础设施、功能分区等是用户的主要关注点。同时,指出付费自习室的兴起在一定程度上代表公共学习资源供给端与需求端的失衡,以图书馆为代表的公共学习资源的供给者所提供的公共学习资源与用户需求之间存在一定的差异,这是造成公共学习资源需求外溢的因素之一。最后,从公共文化服务体系建设及重新研判用户需求提升空间价值方面提出相关建议。

A paid study room is a learning space that pays according to the time to obtain the right to use the seat in the study room.Based on the comments of Nanchang paid self-study rooms in Dianping.com,this paper uses text mining,content analysis and word co-occurrence methods to explore the construction of paid self-study rooms in Nanchang from geographical distribution,functional division,main business,additional business,profit model,user group,purpose of use,and user experience.The study finds that most of the geographical location of Nanchang paid study rooms is located in office buildings in universities or business districts with convenient transportation.The provision of learning spaces is the main business of paid study rooms,and de⁃rivative additional services related to learning are also provided;In terms of user portraits,young people who are mainly admitted to graduate school,editing,and public examinations are the main concerns of users,and the environment,infrastructure,and functional partitions of paid study rooms are the main concerns of users.At the same time,the paper points out that the rise of paid study rooms to a certain extent represents the im⁃balance between the supply side and the demand side of public learning resources,and there is a certain dif⁃ference between the public learning resources provided by the providers of public learning resources repre⁃sented by libraries and the needs of users,which is one of the factors causing the spillover of demand for public learning resources.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions from the aspects of the con⁃struction of public cultural service system and the re-evaluation of user needs to enhance the spatial value.
