高校图书馆抖音短视频服务现状及改善策略研究

Research on Current Situation and Improvement Strategy of Tiktok Short Video Service in the University Library

抖音短视频平台的兴起为高校图书馆信息服务提供重要的新媒介。通过网络调研的方式,以公办本科院校图书馆为主要研究对象,从账号官方认证情况、运营团队建设、开通服务时间及运营时间、发布作品情况、粉丝量、服务内容等方面,对高校图书馆抖音短视频服务现状进行调查分析,发现目前我国高校图书馆抖音短视频服务还处于初级阶段,服务还不完善,存在平台利用率低、专业团队运营管理缺乏、作品质量不够优、缺乏品牌特色等问题,提出加强抖音平台宣传推广、建设专业运营团队、优化作品质量、创造品牌特色等高校图书馆抖音短视频服务改善策略。

The rise of Tiktok short video platform provides an important new medium foruniversitylibrary information service.By means of network research,this paper takes public undergraduate colleges and universitieslibrar⁃ies as the main research object,and investigates and analyzes the status quo of Tiktok short video service in university libraries from the aspects of account official authentication,operation team,service opening time and operation time,works release,number of fans,service content of Tiktok,etc,finds thatthe Tiktok short video serviceof Chinese university libraries is still in the initial stage,and the service is not perfect.There are problems such as low platform utilization rate,lack of professional team operation and management,in⁃sufficient quality of works optimization,lack of brand characteristics.It puts forward improvement strategies such as strengthening the publicity and promotion of Tiktok platform,building a professional operation team,optimizing the quality of works and creating brand features.
