基于全球价值链的中印尼产业合作模式研究

Research on Mode of Industrial Cooperation Between China andIndonesia from the Perspective of Global Value Chain

在文献回顾的基础上,利用定性定量相结合的方法,从全球价值链视角,研究了中印尼产业合作模式问题。结果表明,产业合作模式与全球价值链参与相互作用。一国全球价值链参与地位和参与程度对产品内分工下国际产业合作模式选择有重要影响。中国相对印尼,参与全球化生产的程度高,且参与地位也高,而印尼产业仍处于全球价值链低端。从全球价值链视角和产业层面提出了充分利用RCEP优惠政策助推中国制造业转型升级等优化中印尼产业合作模式的对策。

On the basis of literature review,this paper studies the mode of industrial cooperation between China and Indonesia from the perspective of global value chain by using both qualitative and quantitative methods.The results show that industrial cooperation mode is closely correlated with participation in global value chain.On one hand,the participation status and degree of a country in global value chain exert an important influence on the choice of industrial cooperation mode across the world in the context of the division of labor within products.On the other hand,compared with Indonesia,China boasts a higher degree of participation in global production,and its participation status is also higher,while Indonesia s industry is still at the low end of the global value chain.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of global value chain and industry level are put forward to optimize the industrial cooperation mode between China and Indonesia,such as making full use of RCEP preferential policies to promote the transformation and upgrading of China s manufacturing industry.
