经济型酒店人力资源管理路径优化研究

On Optimization of Human Resource Management Paths in Economy Hotels

摘要 随着经济社会发展,经济型酒店作为人们出行“住”的主要载体越来越受到关注。本文从经济型酒店的概念入手,分析其在规模小、人员少、强调投资回报的背景下,优化提升人力资源的必要性和紧迫性。文章从“选育用留”四方面对经济型酒店人力资源管理问题进行剖析,得出“选人需具象责任到人”“育人抓重点重视过程”“用人看全局提高站位”“留人多渠道文化长青”的人力资源管理优化措施,以期进一步提升人力资源管理水平,实现企业战略目标。 With the development of the economy and society,economy hotels,as the main carrier of accommo⁃dation for people's travel,have received more and more attention.The paper starts with the concept of economy ho⁃tels and analyzes the necessity and urgency of human resource optimization and improvement in the context of small scale,low personnel requirements,and emphasis on investment return.By analyzing the human resource man⁃agement issues of economy hotels from the four aspects of"selection,training,employment,and retention",the pa⁃per draws a conclusion that the optimization measures for human resource management include"selecting personnel with concrete responsibilities and assigning them to specific tasks","cultivating talents by focusing on key points and valuing the process","employing individuals with a global perspective and improving their position",and"re⁃taining employees through multiple channels and maintaining cultural vitality".With these measures,the level of hu⁃man resource management can be further improved and the strategic goals of the enterprise can be achieved.
