On the Characteristics and Shaping of the Employment Value of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

就业价值观是价值观的重要组成部分,事关人生幸福和社会稳定,与大学生的就业选择和职业发展紧密相连。文章在深入研究问卷调查数据的基础上,透视当代高职院校大学生就业价值观所呈现的鲜明特征,并提出塑造正确就业价值观的多重维度,助力高职院校大学生顺利开启职业生涯之路。

As an important part of values,the employment value is related to personal happiness and so⁃cial stability,as well as to the employment choices and the career development of college students.Based on in-depth analysis of the questionnaire survey data,the paper explores the distinctive characteristics of the employment values of contemporary vocational college students and proposes multiple dimensions for shap⁃ing correct employment values to help vocational college students successfully embark on their career paths.
