摘要
高职院校落实1+X证书制度试点工作可以进一步提升人才培养质量,拓宽学生就业领域,缓解结构性就业矛盾。本文针对护理专业实施幼儿照护证书制度中存在的证书与课程融通性不高、双师队伍素质有待强化、学习成果认定转换不足、实施主体责任不够明确的问题,提出了开展教学改革落实课证融通、优化师资队伍提升双师能力、开展成果认定实现成果转换及明确主体责任保障工作效率等对策,从而保障幼儿照护试点工作的高效开展,为培养“一专多能、一人多岗”的复合型专业幼儿护理人才奠定基础。
The implementation of the pilot program of the 1+X certification system in higher vocational colleges can further improve the quality of talent training,expand the employment field for students,and alle⁃viate the structural employment contradiction.The paper aims at the problems existing in the implementation of the early childhood care certificate system in the nursing profession,such as the low integration of certifi⁃cates and courses,the need to strengthen the quality of double-qualified teachers,the insufficient recogni⁃tion and conversion of learning outcomes,and the unclear responsibility of the implementation body.It pro⁃poses countermeasures such as carrying out teaching reform and implementing the integration of curriculum and certification,optimizing the teaching staff and enhancing their dual-qualification capabilities,carrying out the achievement recognition to achieve effective conversion of outcomes,and clarifying the main responsi⁃bility to ensure the efficiency of work.This is to ensure the efficient development of the pilot project of childcare nursing and lay the foundation for cultivating the versatile professional childcare talents with"one specialty and multiple abilities,one person and multiple posts".
