摘要
宫颈癌是导致女性癌症死亡的第四大病因。盆腔淋巴结转移(pelvic lymph node metastasis, PLNM)是其最主要的播散途径。术前准确评估PLNM对于改进危险分层、制订个性化治疗计划并改善预后具有重要意义。目前,MRI是最常用的宫颈癌无创性术前PLNM评价方法。本文全面综述常规MRI、功能性MRI技术及MRI相关智能影像方法评估宫颈癌PLNM应用价值及研究进展,以期实现对淋巴结状态的术前高效精准识别,为临床制订个性化精准治疗方案提供影像指导。
Cervical cancer is the fourth leading cause of cancer-related deaths in women.Pelvic lymph nodes metastasis(PLNM)is the most important route of dissemination.The accurate assessment of PLNM is beneficial for further improving risk stratification and individualization of treatment,so as to improve the outcome of cervical cancer patients.MRI is the most commonly used non-invasive method for pretreatment pelvic lymph node assessment.In this review,we comprehensively review the value and study progress of conventional MRI,functional MRI and MRI-related intelligent imaging methods in evaluating pelvic lymph node metastasis from cervical cancer,in order to accurately and efficiently identify the status of lymph nodes before surgery and provide imaging guidance for the development of personalized and precise treatment strategies in clinical practice.
