血浆长链非编码RNA GAS5表达与妊娠期糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的相关性分析

The Correlation Analysis of Plasma LncRNA GAS5 and Insulin Resistance for Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的 探讨血浆长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)GAS5与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。方法 选取171例孕妇并根据OGTT结果分为糖耐量正常(NGT)组、GDM组。采集患者临床资料,实时荧光定量PCR测定血浆LncRNA GAS5水平,分析GDM患者血浆LncRNA GAS5水平与IR的关系。结果 依据孕24~28周OGTT结果进行GDM筛查,其中GDM患者共28例,GDM发病率为16.37%(28/171)。相较于NGT组,GDM组LDL-C、LncRNA GAS5水平降低,FPG、1hPG、2hPG、TG、FIns、HOMA-IR增高(P<0.05)。GDM患者血浆lncRNA GAS5水平与TG不相关(P>0.05),与HDL-C呈正相关,与FPG、1hPG、2hPG、LDL-C、TC、FIns、HOMA-IR呈负相关(P<0.05)。FPG、FIns、lncRNA GAS5是HOMA-IR的影响因素。结论 GDM患者血浆LncRNA GAS5水平降低,且与GDM患者IR相关。

Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma long non-coding RNA(LncRNA)GAS5 and insulin resistance(IR)for gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 141 pregnant women were selected for the study.According to OGTT result,these pregnant women were divided into NGT group and GDM group.Clinical data of patients were collected,and plasma LncRNA GAS5 level was determined by real-time quantitative PCR.The relationship between plasma LncRNA GAS5 and IR of GDM patients was analyzed.Results GDM screening was conducted according to OGTT results at 24-28 weeks of gestation.A total of 28 GDM patients were diagnosed,and the incidence of GDM was 16.37%(28/171).Compared with NGT group,LDL-C and LncRNA GAS5 levels were decreased in GDM group,while FPG,1hPG,2hPG,TG,FIns and HOMA-IR levels were increased(P<0.05).Plasma lncRNA GAS5 level in GDM patients was not correlated with TG(P>0.05),but positively correlated with HDL-C,while negatively correlated with FPG,1hPG,2hPG,LDL-C,TC,FIns and HOMA-IR(P<0.05).FPG,FIns and lncRNA GAS5 were the influencing factors of HOMA-IR.Conclusion Plasma LncRNA GAS5 level is decreased in GDM patients,and is correlated with IR.
