工程机械设备管理与维修现状及优化对策探究

Exploration on the Current Situation and Optimization Measures of Management and Maintenance of Construction Machinery Equipment

无论是土建施工还是高速隧道桥梁施工均需运用诸多工程机械设备,若机械设备出现故障问题,则会直接影响工程施工,甚至可能引发安全事故,因此,必须重视工程机械设备管理与维修工作。基于此,首先分析了工程机械设备管理与维修的现状,发现在设备管理与维修技术方面存在一定不足,故进一步从机械设备管理与设备维修技术两个角度提出相应的优化对策与技术手段,以供参考借鉴。

Both civil construction and high-speed tunnel bridge construction require the use of many engineering machinery and equipment.If mechanical equipment malfunctions,it will directly affect the construction of the project and may even cause safety accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the management and maintenance of engineering machinery and equipment.Based on this,the current situation of engineering machinery equipment management and maintenance was analyzed,and it was found that there are certain shortcomings in equipment management and maintenance technology.Therefore,corresponding optimization strategies and technical means were further proposed from the perspectives of mechanical equipment management and equipment maintenance technology,for reference.
