Discussion on the Innovative Model of Post Evaluation for“Physical Examination”Projects

近年来,随着投资项目建设规模和复杂程度日益增加,项目后评价工作成为项目管理的重要内容,主要服务于投资决策,是出资人对投资活动进行监管的重要手段,为改善企业经营管理提供帮助。“体检式”项目后评价将后评价报告表单化、评价标准化、内容表格化、评判指标化,评价结论直观明了,亮点经验成果应用落地生花。这改善了传统后评价工作方式,解决存在的工作时间周期长、内容指标不直观、对比差异效果不明显、对策建议适用性不强等问题。因此,就项目事后评价工作(以下均为项目后评价)“体检式”评价工作创新模式做出探讨。

In recent years,with the increasing scale and complexity of investment project construction,post project evaluation has become an important part of project management,mainly serving investment decision-making.It is an important means for investors to supervise investment activities and provide assistance for improving enterprise management.The post evaluation of the“physical examination style”project will formalize the post evaluation report,standardize the evaluation,tabulate the content,and evaluate the indicators.The evaluation conclusions will be intuitive and clear,and the application of highlights and achievements will be fruitful.This improves the traditional post evaluation work method,which has problems such as long working time cycles,unclear content indicators,unclear comparison differences,and weak applicability of countermeasures and suggestions.Therefore,this article explores the innovative model of“physical examination style”evaluation work for post project evaluation(hereinafter referred to as post project evaluation).
