摘要
研究输电工程项目全过程质量管理,目的在于推动电力事业的高质量、可持续发展,提高输电工程项目建设的质量水平。通过分析可知输电工程项目建设的全过程质量管理全面涉及研究阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段以及验收阶段四大部分。全过程质量管理要覆盖市场前景分析、综合保障分析、风险控制分析、经济与社会效益分析、职责分工、设计质量管控流程、设计技术管理、设计质量评价及考核、制度管理、经济管理、技术管理、常见施工质量问题管理、工程验收等要点。只有基于这些要点优化管理才能提升相应的管理水平,才能保障工程项目建设质量。
The purpose of studying the entire process quality management of transmission engineering projects is to promote high-quality and sustainable development of the power industry and improve the quality level of transmission engineering project construction.Through analysis,corresponding research results can be obtained,that is,the entire process quality management of transmission engineering project construction comprehensively involves four major stages:research stage,design stage,construction stage,and acceptance stage,which are all key points that need to be paid attention to.Further draw research conclusions:The entire process quality management should cover key points such as market prospect analysis,comprehensive guarantee analysis,risk control analysis,economic and social benefit analysis,division of responsibilities,design quality control process,design technology management,design quality evaluation and assessment,system management,economic management,technical management,common construction quality problem management,engineering acceptance,etc.Only by optimizing management based on these key points can the corresponding management level be improved,thereby ensuring the quality of engineering project construction.
