梁济运河梁山至邓楼段复航与南水北调东线两湖段协同布局研究

摘要 为消除梁济运河梁山至邓楼船闸段复航工程对南水北调东线水质保护、水资源控制等的影响,通过合理调整相关工程布局,研究通过邓楼节制闸改建、梁山县截污导流工程功能区调整、施工期及运行期补救等措施,达到有效保障复航段、南水北调东线南四湖至东平湖段输水水质安全的目标,为后续相关规划规划、建设、管理提供建议。 In order to eliminate the impact of the resumption project of the Liangshan to Denglou ship lock section of the Liangji Canal on the water quality protection and water resource control of the eastern route of the South to North Water Diversion Project,by reasonably adjusting the layout of relevant projects,studying measures such as the renovation of the Denglou control gate,adjustment of the functional area of the Liangshan County sewage interception and diversion project,construction period,and operation period remediation,etc.,to effectively ensure the water quality safety of the resumption section and the Nansihu to Dongping Lake section of the eastern route of the South to North Water Diversion Project,Provide suggestions for subsequent planning,construction,and management.
