智能蛇形臂气动手术辅助臂研发及其临床价值研究

摘要 目的:研发手术辅助臂中智能蛇形臂第二代气动手术辅助臂,探讨其在胸外科手术中的临床价值。方法:在第一代蛇形辅助臂的基础上研发第二代气动手术辅助臂。选取医院收治的215例行单孔胸腔镜下肺部手术患者,根据使用的辅助臂不同,将其分为蛇形臂组(110例)和气动臂组(105例),比较两组患者的手术时间、术后住院天数及术后并发症的发生情况。结果:气动臂组和蛇形臂组患者的手术时间分别为(63.93±26.42)min和(74.76±35.12)min,气动臂组手术时间少于蛇形臂组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.546,P<0.05),且两组术后住院时间及不良反应的发生情况均无明显统计学差异。结论:智能蛇形臂第二代气动辅助臂较第一代操作更为便捷,可以减少手术时间,具有良好的应用前景。 Objective:To develop the pneumatically surgical auxiliary arm of the second generation in the surgical auxiliary arm,and explore the clinical value of that in thoracic surgery.Methods:The pneumatically auxiliary arm of the second generation was developed on the basis of serpentine auxiliary arm of the first generation.A total of 215 patients who underwent lung surgery under single hole thoracoscopy in hospital were selected.According to the difference of auxiliary arms,they were divided into serpentine arm group(110 cases)and pneumatic arm group(105 cases).The operation time,postoperative hospitalization days and the incidence of postoperative complications between two groups were compared.Results:The surgical times of patients in the pneumatic arm group and in the serpentine arm group were respectively(63.93±26.42)min and(74.76±35.12)min.The surgical time of the pneumatic arm group was significantly shorter than that of the serpentine arm group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.546,P<0.05).There were no significant statistical differences in postoperative hospitalization days and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion:The pneumatic auxiliary arm of the second generation is more convenient in the operation than the first generation,which can reduce surgical time and has favorable application prospects.
