基于CiteSpace软件的医用红外热成像研究与趋势分析

摘要 目的:运用可视化分析方法探索国内外医用红外热成像(IRT)的研究与发展趋势。方法:检索2010-2022年收录于中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库和科学网(WebofScience)核心合集数据库医用IRT的研究文献,中文数据库检索关键词为“红外热成像”“红外热像”“红外热图”,WebofScience核心合集检索关键词为“thermography(热成像)”“infraredthermalimaging(红外热成像)”“infraredthermography(红外热像图)”,使用Cite Space 6.1.R6软件对检索的文献作者、机构、关键词等要素进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入中英文文献2 314篇,其中中文文献1 017篇,英文文献1 297篇,发文量总体呈现上升趋势。中文文献核心作者共105名,英文文献核心作者共161名,核心作者带领团队开展研究及机构间合作,国际间交流有待进一步推进。中文文献关键词包括红外热成像、红外热像图、皮肤温度、腰椎间盘突出症及膝骨关节炎等,英文文献关键词包括blood flow(血流)、diagnosis(诊断)、skin(皮肤)、pain(疼痛)及temperature(温度)等,研究内容多与医用IRT结合生理病理基础的体表热像观察、应用原理探讨、疾病诊疗价值及中医药诊疗可视化相关。结论:医用IRT研究国内外关注持续增高,稳步开展,未来研究可在医工结合技术发展下,将有望在生理温度探测、疾病诊疗评估及中医药客观评价方面进一步突破。 Objective:To explore the research and development trends of medical infrared thermography(IRT)at home and abroad by using visual analysis.Methods:The research literature on medical IRT in China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database,VIP Scientific and Technological Journals Database and Web of Science Core Collection Database from 2010 to 2022 were searched.The retrieval strategy of Chinese database was"infrared thermography","infrared thermal imaging"and"infrared thermal map",the retrieval strategy of Web of Science core collection was(thermography)OR(infrared thermal imaging)OR(infrared thermography).Authors,institutions,keywords,and other elements of the retrieved documents were visually analyzed by CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software.Results:A total of 2,314 literatures in both Chinese and English were included,including 1,017 in Chinese and 1,297 in English.The number of literatures published showed an upward trend on the whole.There were 105 core authors of Chinese articles and 161 core authors of English articles.The core authors led the team to carry out research and interinstitutional cooperation,while international exchanges need to be further promoted.Keywords in Chinese literatures included infrared thermography,infrared image,skin temperature,lumbar disc herniation,knee osteoarthritis,etc.Keywords in English literatures included blood flow,diagnosis,skin,pain,temperature,etc.The research content was mostly related to the observation of body surface thermography based on medical IRT combined with physiological and pathological basis,exploration of application principle,value of disease diagnosis and treatment,and visualization of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment.Conclusion:Medical IRT had attracted more attention in medical IRT at home and abroad,with steady development of research.In the future,further breakthroughs will be made in physiological temperature detection,disease diagnosis and treatment evaluation and objective evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine with the improvement of medical and engineering combined technology.
