影像学检查中造影剂渗漏的原因分析及预防研究进展

造影剂渗漏是影像学检查中较常见的意外事件之一,不仅会影响影像学检查质量,还可能导致医患纠纷。对造影剂渗漏的相关因素进行分析,明确造影剂注入过程中的相关风险,与患者形成良好配合,根据患者实际情况制定针对性预防措施,降低造影剂渗漏风险,保证影像学检查的有效性与安全性。综述造影剂渗漏的原因以及相关预防措施,包括防渗漏与心理护理、选择合理的静脉、减少对血管壁的刺激、重视临床监测以及造影剂渗漏应急处理,以期为临床影像学检查提供参考。

Contrast agent leakage is one of the more common unexpected events in imaging examinations,which not only would affect the quality of imaging examination,but also may lead to doctor-patient disputes.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the relevant factors of contrast agent leakage,and clarify the relevant risks in the process of injecting contrast agent,and form favorable cooperation with patients.The aimed prevention measures should be formulated according to the actual situations of patients so as to reduce the risks of contrast agent leakage and ensure the effectiveness and safety of imaging examinations.This paper summarized the reasons and the relevant prevention measures of contrast agent leakage,which included health education and psychological care,selecting reasonable veins,reducing irritation to vascular walls,emphasizing clinical monitoring and emergency response of contrast agent leakage,so as to provide references for clinical operation.
