基于声光电预警设备的山洪联动预警应用

摘要 为进一步推进多元化监测的预报预警机制,优化山洪防御数字化应用,以浙江省新昌县莒根溪流域为研究区域,基于声光电预警设备,探索山洪防御重要村落的上下游联动预警方式,并开发联动预警系统。通过提前预警,为山区民众的转移、避险提供更多宝贵时间。研究采用面积比拟法与断面水位流量关系,对上下游水位相关关系进行模拟,并初步通过了洪水验证。实践证明,研究采用的原理、方法相对简单,在配置了现地监测预警设备的地区有较好的适用性。 The forecasting and early warning mechanism of diversified monitoring needs to optimize the digital application of mountain flood prevention.Based on acoustic and photoelectric early warning equipment,the linkage early warning mode connecting upstream and downstream villages for mountain flood prevention is explored and the linkage early warning system is developed in Jugen River Basin of Xinchang,Zhejiang Province.More valuable time to transfer and avoid risks are provided for mountainous people through the early warning.The area analogy method and section water level-discharge relationship are used to simulate the correlation between upstream and downstream water levels,which is preliminarily validated by actual flood.The result proves that the principles and methods used in this system are relatively simple,which can be applied and popularized in areas equipped with in-situ monitoring and early warning equipment.
