摘要
NZP型陶瓷材料具有丰富的离子取代性,低热膨胀性、良好的耐热冲击性以及热稳定性,作为天线罩材料有独特的优势。本试验用共沉淀法合成五种NZP粉体,用差热分析和粒度分析对NZP前驱物进行了表征。煅烧后的粉料添加3wt%ZnO作为烧结助剂和3wt%作为晶粒增长抑制剂,在100MPa压力下单面加压成型,坯体在下无压烧结2h制成NZP陶瓷。讨论了NZP陶瓷的抗弯强度及介电性能(包括介电常数和介质损耗)与工艺参数间的关系。用扫描电镜以及X射线衍射分析对烧结体进行了结构和形貌的分析。实验结果表明,可以用CZP材料来制作天线罩。
NZP—a large family of ceramic,have the properties of abundant ion-substitution,low thermal expansion,high thermal shock resistant and thermal stability.As the material of antenna cover,NZP has unique superiority.In this experiment,we synthesized five type of NZP powders by a direct co-precipitate method.The as-prepared precipitates was characterized by thermal analysis and granulometer.The heat-treated powder with the additive of ZnO and SiO23wt%respectively,took shape by dry pressing at 100MPa pressure,and then sintered in air at 1100℃for 2 hours to make NZP family ceramics.The bending strength and dielectric properties,including dielectric constant and loss tangent,were investigated.SEM studies and X-ray powder diffraction were also discussed to make analyses of the structure and the appearance of the NZP family ceramic.The experimental result indicates that CZP can be used to make antenna cover.
