数字化转型赋能高校智慧教育生态圈的建设路径研究

Study on the Construction Path of Intelligent Education Ecosystem Empowered by Digital Transformation in Colleges and Universities

智慧教育是教育信息化发展的必然趋势。以数字化转型赋能高校信息化建设,全面落实高等教育高质量发展的根本任务,切实提高高等教育教学水平、提升高等教育人才培养质量,是当前高等学校信息化建设发展的新方向。智慧教育开放、共享、交互、协作及泛在的发展需要,亟待建设全方位融合、要素间有机衔接、体系数智化的智慧教育生态圈。遵循“数字化转型支撑的智慧环境-融合智慧教育教学手段-智慧教育展现模式-培养智慧人才理念”这一“自下而上”的建设思路,构建基础夯实、内外部融会贯通、自调节的智慧教育生态圈。操作层面,提出以学校等不同主体为基本单元的数字化转型升级为基础,以建设智慧学习系统为重点,相互链接、区域共享的实现路径,以迎合高等教育智慧化及高质量发展的需要。

Smart education is the inevitable trend of education informatization.It is the new direction of the informatization construction of universities to implement the fundamental task of the development of higher education,effectively improve the teaching level of higher education and enhance the quality of personnel training in higher education.The development needs of intelligent education are open,sharing,interaction,collaboration and ubiquity,and it is urgent to build a smart education ecosystem with all-round integration,organic connection between elements,and intelligent system.Following the"bottom-up"construction idea of"smart environment supported by digital transformation-integrated smart education teaching means-smart education display mode-concept of cultivating smart talents",it is necessary to build a smart education ecosystem with solid foundation,internal and external integration,and self-regulation.At the operational level,it proposes a realization path based on the digital transformation and upgrading of different subjects such as schools as the basic unit,focusing on the construction of intelligent learning systems,and linking and sharing among regions to meet the needs of intelligent and high-quality development of higher education.
