摘要
在“大众创业、万众创新”的时代背景下,创新能力的培养是提高研究生培养质量的核心,也是研究生教育的生命线,构建科学合理的科研实践培养体系对提高创新型人才培养质量具有重要的作用。经济发展的新阶段和油气勘探开发的新难题对油气能源领域内研究生培养提出了新要求,对该领域的现有研究生创新实践培养模式亟需改革。该文针对西安石油大学石油工程专业研究生的培养现状,借鉴国内外各大石油院校的培养方案,提出多视角递进式创新人才培养体系,并制定具体实施措施,从而培养出具有良好科研实践和创新能力的专业技术人才。
In the era of"mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation",the cultivation of innovation ability is the core of improving the quality of graduate training,and also the lifeline of graduate education.Building a scientific and reasonable practice training system of scientific research is of great importance to improving the quality of innovative talent training.The new stage of economic development and the new challenges of oil and gas exploration and development have put forward new requirements for postgraduate training in the field of oil and gas energy,and the existing postgraduate innovative practice training mode in this field needs to be reformed urgently.In view of the current situation of the cultivation of petroleum engineering graduate students in Xi'an Shiyou University,this paper draws on the cultivation plans of major petroleum universities at home and abroad,proposes a multi-perspective progressive innovative talent cultivation system,and formulates specific implementation measures,so as to cultivate professional and technical talents with good scientific research practice and innovation ability.
