团体辅导促进高职家庭经济困难学生自我意识健康发展的实践探索

摘要 大学时期是学生自我意识发展的关键期,同时,自我意识在大学生成长过程又起着极为重要的调控作用。经济脱贫后,贫困文化、劣势文化中的基本态度和价值观仍然影响着不少学生。经访谈发现高职院校家庭经济困难学生中不少人存在自我认知偏差,自我认同不够,负性情绪体验较多,自我调节能力较弱等现象,心理问题发生率远高过非困难学生。整合萨提亚模式、艾利斯的认知调适、元式催眠等理论和技术,为高职家庭经济困难学生中兼有心理问题的学生开设专项团体辅导,有效帮助其优化自我意识发展,提高自我认同度和心理健康水平,这是对高职院校资助育人工作的创新实践,也为高职院校精准“扶志”工作积累经验。 College is a critical period for the development of student'self-consciousness.Meanwhile,self-consciousness plays a very important regulating role in the growth process of college students.After economic poverty alleviation,some students are still influenced by the basic attitudes and values of poor and disadvantaged cultures.Through interviews,it is found that many students from poor families in vocational colleges have self-cognitive bias,insufficient self-identity,more negative emotional experience,weak self-regulation ability and other phenomena,and their incidence of psychological problems is much higher than that of non-poor students.By integrating the theory and technology of Satie Mode,Ellis cognitive adjustment,Yuanshi-hypnosis and so on,we set up special group counseling for the students with psychological problems from poor families in higher vocational colleges,effectively helping them optimize their development of self-awareness,improve their self-identity and mental health level,which is an innovative practice for the educational function of student financial assistance in higher vocational colleges.It can accumulate experience for the"precise spiritual support work"in higher vocational colleges.
