摘要
产教融合是地方应用型高校培养高素质应用型人才的重要途径,对地方经济社会发展有着重要影响。该文从地方应用型高校实施产教融合方面的需求、面临的困境和产教融合实践情况进行深入分析,并提出拓宽产教融合实践路径,寻找产教融合突破方向,以期能够为企业提供满足其需求的应用型人才,实现高校与企业的“共赢”。
The integration of industry and education is an important way for local application-oriented universities to cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents,which has an important impact on local economic and social development.The article makes an in-depth analysis of the needs,difficulties and practice of the integration of industry and education in local application-oriented colleges and universities,and proposes to broaden the practical path of the integration of industry and education,and find the breakthrough direction of the integration of industry and education,in order to provide enterprises with application-oriented talents to meet their needs,and realize the"win-win"between colleges and enterprises.
