摘要
消化道肿瘤在我国癌症发病率中名列前茅,免疫环境与其病理进展密切相关。消化道微生物参与构建机体内的免疫微环境,通过不同性质的组分构成影响机体健康或疾病状态。牙龈卟啉单胞菌作为构成口腔微生物组分的病原体之一,已被证实与严重牙周炎以外多系统疾病的发生和进展相关,且在消化道肿瘤的特异性诊断和预后评估方面具有重要价值,是独立的风险因子。基于其功能结构和相关致病机制的研究有助于为消化道肿瘤的临床诊疗提供策略参考。
Gastrointestinal tumors are among the most prevalent cancers in China,and the immune environment is closely related to their pathological progression.Gut microorganisms are involved in building the immune microenvironment in the organism,and the composition of components of different nature affects the health or disease state of the organism.Porphyromonas gingivalis is one of the pathogens that constitute the microbial fraction of the oral cavity and has been shown to be closely associated with the development and progression of multisystemic diseases other than severe periodontitis.It has important value as an independent risk factor in the specific diagnosis and prognostic assessment of gastrointestinal tumors.Studies based on its functional structure and related pathogenic mechanisms can help inform strategies for clinical management.
