摘要
对贮箱壁板网格化加工成形后出现弧面圆度、母线直线度超差等问题进行了梳理分析,基于产品技术参数、工艺需求和三点弯曲校形原理开展了网格壁板通用校形系统的研制,并对校形系统进行了试验和推广应用,校形后的弧面圆度和母线直线度均不超过1.5mm。应用结果表明:该校形系统有效解决了网格壁板加工成形后精度超差难题,实现了网格壁板稳定高效降本加工,为后续重型复杂壁板的精确高效加工奠定了良好的基础。
The problems such as roundness of the arc surface and generatrix straightness exceeding the toleranceafter mesh processing of various specifications panel are analyzed.Based on the product technical parameters,processrequirements and three point bending calibration principle,the universal automatic shaping system for integral stiffenedpanels is developed.The calibration system is tested and promoted for application,and the roundness of the arc surfaceand generatrix straightness after calibration were less than 1.5mm.The application results show that the system caneffectively solve the problem of out-of-precision after machining and realize stable and efficient cost-reducingmachining of panel,which lays a good foundation for accurate and efficient machining of heavy complex panel.
