摘要
教育评价事关教育发展方向,科学的教育评价是引导教育高质量发展的关键。学生发展增值评价尊重差异、重视起点、关注过程、强调发展,是一种既有“教育”又有“人”的发展性评价,有助于促进学生全面而有个性的发展,科学考量教师的努力程度,客观评估学校办学质量。学生发展增值评价在评价理念上指向立德树人的目标,贯彻面向全体学生的价值追求;在评价伦理上承认差异,充盈着对生命个体独特性的尊重;在评价主体上强调结构性主体按照权重综合出场;在评价方法上重视在遵循教育逻辑的前提下,充分利用新兴技术全面客观测评学生发展程度。学生发展增值评价是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及历史文化传统、国家育人目标、政府治理能力、公众认知水平等诸多因素。推进学生发展增值评价,需要强化育人导向,加强舆论引导和理论研究,为学生发展增值评价顺利实施创造良好的社会环境,构建技术赋能学生发展增值评价的智能系统。
Educational evaluation is closely related to the direction of educational development,and scientific educational evaluation is the key to guiding the high-quality development of education.The value-added evaluation of student development,which respects the differences of students,and heeds their beginning,process,and development,is a kind of developmental evaluation involving"education"and"people."It helps to promote students'all-round and personal development,scientifically measure teachers'efforts to do their work,and objectively evaluate the quality of school-running.In terms of the concept of evaluation,the value-added evaluation of student development aims at molding high morals and cultivating talents based on people orientation,and pursues the value for all students;in terms of the ethics of evaluation,it recognizes individual differences,and cherishes its respect for each unique individual;in terms of evaluators,it emphasizes an overall consideration of the weight of the evaluation of students by structural evaluators;and in terms of the methods of evaluation,it stresses following the logic of education,and comprehensively and objectively evaluating the development of students by making full use of emerging technologies.As a complex and systematic project,the value-added evaluation of student development involves such factors as historical and cultural traditions,talent-cultivating goals,the government's capacity for governance,and public awareness.To promote the value-added evaluation of student development,we need to strengthen the orientation of talent cultivation,create a good social environment for the smooth implementation of the value-added evaluation of student development by means of strengthening public opinion guidance and theoretical research,and build an intelligent system that empowers the value-added evaluation of student development with technology.
