“最牛考研宿舍”是如何成为可能的?——基于布迪厄场域理论的研究

How is it Possible to Build"the Best Postgraduate Entrance Exa mination Dormitory"?—Based on Bourdieu Field Theory

为厘清高校“最牛考研宿舍”现象的形成机制,通过对访谈资料的分析,以布迪厄的场域理论作为分析框架对“最牛考研宿舍”现象进行了解读。在这一框架下,高校“最牛考研宿舍”的形成是宿舍学生“惯习”生产的历史。学生的“惯习”受到考研宿舍“场域”的形塑,考研宿舍“场域”的形成则又是学生的“惯习”长期建构、塑造的结果。研究发现,考研宿舍“场域”对“惯习”的形塑是通过“压力互给”和“支持互给”机制实现的。同时,考研宿舍“场域”的形成是全体宿舍成员长期共同建构的过程,在这个建构过程中,少数优秀考研室友的“惯习”发挥着“示范”“引导”“动员”等作用。但是,考研宿舍“场域”的建构可能受到宿舍成员同质性的影响。在此基础上,本文对高校宿舍管理提出了针对性的建议。

In order to clarify the formation mechanism of the phenomenon of"the best postgraduate entrance examination dormitory"in colleges and universities,through the analysis of interview data,this paper interprets the phenomenon of"the best postgraduate entrance examination dormitory"under the Bourdieu's field theory.Under this framework,the formation of the"best postgraduate entrance examination dormitory"in colleges and universities is the history of the"habitual"production of dormitory students.Students'"habitus"are shaped by the"field"of the postgraduate entrance examination dormitory,and the formation of the"field"of the postgraduate entrance examination dormitory is the result of the long-term construction and shaping of students'"habitus".It is found that the shaping of"habitus"by the"field"of postgraduate entrance examination dormitory is realized through the mechanisms of"pressure giving to each other"and"support giving to each other".At the same time,the formation of the"field"of the postgraduate entrance examination dormitory is a long-term joint construction process of all dormitory members.In this construction process,the"habitus"of a few excellent postgraduate entrance examination roommates play the roles of"demonstrating","guiding"and"mobilizing".However,the construction of"field"of postgraduate entrance examination dormitory may be affected by the homogeneity of dormitory members.On this basis,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions on the management of university dormitory.
