肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞对恶性脑肿瘤治疗作用研究进展

Resent progress of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes in malignant brain tumor treatment

恶性脑肿瘤包括原发性和转移性脑肿瘤,其预后极差。免疫治疗是一种新兴的肿瘤治疗方法,其中以肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(TILs)为代表的细胞过继疗法可以在多种癌症类型的治疗中起到一定的作用,然而由于大脑的特殊肿瘤微环境,有关TILs对恶性脑肿瘤的治疗作用仍存争议,目前该方面的综述相对较少。本文结合文献报道,就脑肿瘤免疫微环境、TILs在恶性脑肿瘤中的作用、TILs应用于恶性脑肿瘤免疫治疗的最新进展进行综述。

Malignant brain tumors,including primary and metastatic brain tumors,have extremely poor prognosis.Immunotherapy is an emerging tumor treatment method,in which cell adoptive therapy represented by tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs)can play a certain role in the treatment of various types of cancer.However,due to the special tumor microenvironment of the brain,there is still controversy about the therapeutic effect of TILs on malignant brain tumors,and there is currently relatively little review in this field.This article reviews the immune microenvironment of brain tumors,the role of TILs in malignant brain tumors,and the latest progress in the application of TILs in immunotherapy of malignant brain tumors,based on literature reports.
