Process in theoretical and empirical research on optimized care coordination of emergency healthcare system

保障患者安全是急救医疗体系建设的根本目标之一,然而救治流程不规范造成的不良事件是急症患者死亡率高的重要原因,由于系统衔接不畅导致的缺乏信息共享、风险共担和系统决策的问题,成为保障患者安全的主要阻碍。本文从风险管理和协同治理2个角度,概述了国内外急救医疗体系衔接优化理论和实证研究进展,为保障患者安全、推动医疗服务体系高质量发展提供决策依据。

Ensuring patient safety is an essential goal of the development of medical care system for acute disease treatment.However,adverse events caused by fragmented,poorly coordinated medical care are the leading cause of death among patients with acute diseases.Poor collaboration of emergency medical system leads to inadequate sharing of clinical information,lack of risk sharing and less systematic decision-making,which has become the biggest obstacle to ensuring patient safety in acute disease treatment.Based on the theories of risk management and collaborative governance,the study summaries the process in theoretical and empirical research on optimized care coordination of emergency healthcare system in China and foreign countries to provide an implication for improving patient safety and promoting high-quality healthcare system.
