大范围弱刚性运动模拟系统的振动特性分析与振动抑制方法 被引量:1

摘要 为实现地面模拟在轨服务目标星的运动学过程,需设计一种大范围运动模拟系统。然而,运动模拟系统产生的振动不仅影响系统的运动精度,而且制约系统响应速度。为此,通过分析运动模拟系统产生振动的原因、振动模态以及固有频率等,开展降低和抑制振动方法研究。根据试验小车在横向二维平动系统主梁的位置和伸缩立柱长度划分出9种不同运行工况,分析各工况下的系统响应、固有频率,以及激励单独作用时模拟目标星在各个方向上的最大位移,并提出使用调谐质量阻尼器(TMD)来消减该运动模拟系统主梁方向的振动。设计验证结果表明,TMD可以有效避免系统共振,在不同频率下均可有效抑制系统振动,提高系统的运行可靠性。 In order to simulate the kinematic process of satellites and their maintenance in orbit,a largescale kinematic simulation system is necessary.However,the vibration generated by the kinematic simulation system may not only affect the system’s motion accuracy,but also limit the system’s response speed.Thus,by analyzing the causes of vibration,vibration modes and natural frequencies of the kinematic simulation system,methods of reducing and suppressing vibration were investigated.According to positions on the main beam of the transverse 2D translational system of the test trolley and lengths of the telescopic rod,nine different operating conditions were categorized.The analysis of system’s response and natural frequencies under different working conditions,and the maximum displacement of the target satellite in all directions when the excitation acted alone were presented.Moreover,a tuned mass damper(TMD)was proposed to reduce the vibration of the kinematic simulation system along the mainstream direction.It is shown that TMD can effectively avoid system’s resonance,suppress system’s vibration at different frequencies,thus improve the operational reliability of the system.
