高强度聚焦超声消融与子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果比较

Comparison of therapeutic effects of high-intensity focused ultrasound ablation and myomectomy on uterine myoma

目的比较高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)消融与子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法回顾性分析2019年7月至2022年11月焦作市妇幼保健院收治的132例子宫肌瘤女性患者的临床资料,其中64例接受HIFU消融治疗(观察组),68例接受子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗(对照组)。比较两组围术期指标、住院费用、治疗效果、术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间及住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(96.88%,62/64)与对照组(100.00%,68/68)比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率(4.68%,3/64)与对照组(5.88%,4/68)比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论HIFU消融治疗子宫肌瘤是一种安全有效的方法,其疗效与子宫肌瘤剔除术相当,住院时间及手术时间短,出血量少,住院费用低。

Objective To compare the efficacy of high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)ablation and myomectomy in the treatment of uterine myoma.Methods The clinical data of 132 female patients with uterine myoma admitted to Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiaozuo City from July 2019 to November 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,including 64 cases treated by HIFU ablation(observation group)and 68 cases treated by myomectomy(control group).The perioperative indicators,hospitalization costs,treatment effects,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,hospital stay and hospitalization costs in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the observation group(96.88%,62/64)and the control group(100.00%,68/68),P>0.05.There was no significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the observation group(4.68%,3/64)and the control group(5.88%,4/68),P>0.05.Conclusions HIFU ablation is a safe and effective treatment method for uterine myoma,which has comparable curative effect to myomectomy,shorter hospitalization and operation time,less bleeding,and lower hospitalization costs.
