纳米碳酸钙对PET/GF复合材料性能的影响

Effect of Nano Calcium Carbonate on Properties of PET/GF Composites

摘要 采用不同的碳酸化工艺合成晶体形貌规整度不同的纳米碳酸钙(NCC),在平均粒径大致相同的情况下,通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、旋转流变仪、热重分析仪(TG)、热变形温度测试仪等方式,研究NCC晶体规整度对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/玻璃纤维(PET/GF)复合材料的结晶特性、流变性能、耐高温性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:NCC的加入能够有效提升PET/GF复合材料的各项性能。随着晶体形貌规整度的提高,PET/GF复合材料具有更好的结晶性能和剪切变稀特性,力学性能得到进一步改善。但形貌规整度对PET/GF复合材料耐高温性能影响不大。 Nano calcium carbonate(NCC)with different crystal morphology regularity were synthesized by different carbonation processes.Under the condition of roughly the same average particle size,the effect of NCC crystal regularity on the crystallization characteristics,rheological properties,high temperature resistance and mechanical properties of polyethylene terephthalate/glass fiber(PET/GF)composites were studied by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),rotary rheometer,thermogravimetric analyzer(TG)and thermal deformation temperature tester.The results show that the addition of NCC can effectively improve the properties of PET/GF composites.With the improvement of the regularity of crystal morphology,PET/GF composites have better crystallization properties and shear thinning properties,and the mechanical properties are further improved.However,the morphology regularity has little effect on the high temperature resistance of PET/GF composites.
