耐热型高速包装膜料DFDA7052工业化开发

Industrialized Development of DFDA7052 for Heat-Resistant High-Speed Packaging Film

摘要 文章开发耐热型高速包装膜料DFDA7052用助剂体系,采用优选助剂进行DFDA7052的工业化生产。研究DFDA7052的基本物性、微观结构、流变性能,将制备的工业化产品与市场进口产品进行对比。结果表明:DFDA7052产品的重均分子量较大,分布窄,支化度低于对标样,链段更规整。DFDA7052产品具有较高的熔融峰温度、熔体强度、结晶峰温度和熔融热焓,较低的结晶度。DFDA7052产品与对标样的流变曲线接近,加工性能相当。DFDA7052产品初始摩擦因数略高于对标样,经24 h及48 h热处理后的摩擦因数变化率明显低于对标样,热稳定性能优良,能够满足耐热型高速包装膜料的生产要求。 The auxiliary system for heat-resistant high-speed packaging film DFDA7052 was developed,and the industrial production of DFDA7052 was carried out by the preferred auxiliary.The basic physical properties,microstructure and rheological properties of DFDA7052 were studied,and the prepared industrial product was compared with the imported product.The results show that the weight average molecular weight of DFDA7052 product is larger,the distribution is narrow,the degree of branching is lower than that of the standard sample,and the chain segment is more regular.DFDA7052 product has higher melting peak temperature,melt strength,crystallization peak temperature and melting enthalpy,and lower crystallinity.The rheological curve of DFDA7052 product is close to that of the standard sample,and the processing performance is equivalent.The initial friction coefficient of DFDA7052 product is slightly higher than that of the standard sample,and the change rate of friction coefficient after heat treatment for 24 h and 48 h is significantly lower than that of the standard sample.The thermal stability of DFDA7052 product is excellent,which can meet the production requirements of heat-resistant high-speed packaging film.
