摘要
以废PET瓶再生粒子(R-PET)为主材,次磷酸铝(AHP)和海泡石(SEP)为功能助剂,先用硅烷偶联剂KH550处理SEP得到K-SEP,再通过熔融挤出制备R-PET/AHP/K-SEP复合材料,对复合材料的阻燃性能和力学性能进行分析。结果表明:当AHP添加量为18%,R-PET/18-AHP复合材料的极限氧指数(LOI)为29.8%,阻燃达到UL943.0 mm V-0级,力学性能相对R-PET降低。当K-SEP的添加量为4%时,R-PET/18-AHP/4-K-SEP复合材料的LOI为35.2%,阻燃达到UL941.5 mm V-0级。R-PET/18-AHP/4-K-SEP复合材料的点燃时间(TTI)和火灾性能指数(FPI)、700℃残炭率、拉伸强度和弯曲强度相比R-PET/18-AHP分别提高17.5%、46.2%、6.1%、12.8%和8%。SEP经KH550处理后对复合材料的阻燃性能和力学性能的提高效果更好。
The waste PET bottle recycled particles(R-PET)were used as the main material,and aluminum hypophosphite(AHP)and sepiolite(SEP)were used as functional additives.The SEP was treated with silane coupling agent KH550 to obtain K-SEP,and then R-PET/AHP/K-SEP composites were prepared by melt extrusion.The flame retardant properties and mechanical properties of the composites were analyzed.The results show that when the addition amount of AHP is 18%,the limiting oxygen index(LOI)of R-PET/18-AHP composite is 29.8%,the flame retardant reached UL943.0 mm V-0 grade,and the mechanical properties were lower than those of R-PET.When the addition amount of K-SEP is 4%,the LOI of R-PET/18-AHP/4-K-SEP composites is 35.2%,and the flame retardant reaches UL941.5 mm V-0 level.The ignition time(TTI),fire performance index(FPI),char yield at 700℃,tensile strength and flexural strength of R-PET/18-AHP/4-K-SEP composites are 17.5%,46.2%,6.1%,12.8%and 8%higher than those of R-PET/18-AHP composite,respectively.The flame retardancy and mechanical properties of the composites are improved better after SEP treated with KH550.
