摘要
不同类型的废弃塑料由于结构稳定性及元素含量不同,其水热液化难度和条件存在较大的差异。综述了废弃塑料水热液化的研究现状,总结了组分(单一组分塑料、复合组分塑料以及塑料与其他物质混合)、操作条件(实验参数和催化剂)等对废弃塑料水热液化转化为液体产物的影响,指出液体产物主要是以芳烃和苯系物为主的生物油,不同操作条件对液体产物产率和成分有不同的影响,对废弃塑料水热液化的研究前景进行了展望,认为明晰不同废弃塑料的水热液化反应机理、探究合适的反应条件以提高液化转化效率、选择高效稳定的催化剂是今后的研究方向。
Due to the different structural stability and element content of different types of waste plastics,the difficulty and conditions of hydrothermal liquefaction are quite different.The research status of hydrothermal liquefaction of waste plastics is reviewed.The effects of components(single component plastic,composite component plastic and mixture of plastic and other substances)and operating conditions(experimental parameters and catalysts)on the conversion of waste plastics into liquid products by hydrothermal liquefaction are summarized.It is pointed out that the liquid products are mainly aromatic hydrocarbons and benzene-based bio-oil,and different operating conditions have different effects on the yield and composition of liquid products.The research prospect of hydrothermal liquefaction of waste plastics is prospected.It is considered that the future research direction is to clarify the hydrothermal liquefaction reaction mechanism of different waste plastics,explore appropriate reaction conditions to improve the liquefaction conversion efficiency,and select efficient and stable catalysts.
