秸秆增强木塑复合材料的研究与应用

Research and Application of Straw Reinforced Wood Plastic Composites

摘要 为了提升农作物秸秆的附加值及利用率,文章综述了三种农作物秸秆与环保型塑料制备的木塑复合材料的研究和应用。以小麦秸秆、稻壳和玉米秸秆作为增强体,通过不同方法所制备的木塑复合材料具有优异的力学性能、热学性能和抗水性能,同时也具有较好的环保性能和降解性。此外,还介绍了秸秆基木塑复合材料在包装、现代园林、建筑材料和室内外家具等领域的应用,对提高植物纤维的利用率、改善界面相容性、促进可持续发展等方面进行展望。 In order to improve the added value and utilization rate of crop straw,the research and application of wood-plastic composites prepared by three kinds of crop straw and environmentally friendly plastics are reviewed.The wood-plastic composites prepared by different methods with wheat straw,rice husk and corn straw as reinforcements have excellent mechanical properties,thermal properties and water resistance,as well as good environmental protection performance and degradability.In addition,the application of straw-based wood-plastic composites in packaging,modern gardens,building materials,indoor and outdoor furniture and other fields is also introduced.The prospect of improving the utilization rate of plant fibers,improving interface compatibility and promoting sustainable development is discussed.
