互联网医疗服务与质量安全评价的应用研究

Application research of Internet medical service and quality safety evaluation

目的对互联网医疗服务与质量安全进行科学合理的评价。方法采用基于客观赋权法CRITIC的综合评价法TOPSIS和RSR模糊联合对天津市某三甲医院2022年1—12月互联网医疗服务与质量安全进行评价。结果2种方法模糊联合结果显示,评价结果呈现逐月提升的趋势,排名前3位的为2022年12月、11月和10月,排名后3位的为2022年2月、1月和3月。结论应用基于CRITIC赋权的TOPSIS法和RSR法模糊联合能够提高评价结果的客观性和准确性,对于综合评价互联网医疗服务与质量安全方面具有很高的适用性。

Objective To evaluate the quality and safety of Internet medical service scientifically and rationally.Methods TOPSIS and RSR,comprehensive evaluation methods based on CRITIC,were used to evaluate the quality and safety of Internet medical services in a tertiary hospital in Tianjin from January to December 2022.Results The fuzzy joint results of the two methods showed that the evaluation effect showed an increasing trend month by month.The top 3 months were December,November and October 2022,and the bottom 3 months were February,January and March 2022.Conclusion The fuzzy combination of TOPSIS method and RSR method based on CRITIC weighting can improve the objectivity and accuracy of evaluation results,and has high applicability for comprehensive evaluation of Internet medical service and quality safety.
