摘要
文章选用一株枯草芽孢杆菌B591对蛋鸡配合饲料基础料进行固态发酵,通过对发酵条件进行优化,得到最优发酵条件为:发酵时间为14 d,接种量为6×10^(8)CFU/kg,料水比为1∶0.5,硫酸铵添加量为2.5%。并测定了优化发酵条件下的发酵饲料质量,发酵后饲料的pH显著降低,有效活菌数可达到1.83×10^(11)CFU/kg,酸溶蛋白/粗蛋白含量达到33.66%。希望可以通过该研究,为后续进行多菌种固态发酵提供一定的参考。
The paper selected a strain of Bacillus subtilis B591 for solid-state fermentation of basic feed for laying hens.By optimizing the fermentation conditions,the optimal fermentation conditions were obtained as follows:fermentation time of 14 days,inoculation amount of 6×10^(8)CFU/kg,with a material water ratio of 1∶0.5 and a 2.5%ammonium sulfate addition.And the quality of fermented feed under optimized fermentation conditions was measured.After fermentation,the pH of the feed significantly decreased,and the effective viable bacterial count could reach 1.83×10^(11)CFU/kg,with an acid soluble protein/crude protein content of 33.66%.I hope that this study can provide some reference for the subsequent solid-state fermentation of multiple strains.
