摘要
以东南沿海某地区轨道交通盾构隧道工程为背景,分析了盾构在含碎石黏土地层中掘进时遭遇螺旋输送机故障时的应对措施。由于盾构机洞身范围地层含有大块混凝土,超出了螺旋输送机出土能力极限,引发了螺旋输送机断轴故障。通过螺旋输送机维修及应急加固等措施可恢复盾构机正常功能,相关分析可为类似工程问题的解决提供参考。
With the background of shield tunnel project in the southeast coast,the countermeasures of shield tunneling during screw excavation and rotary conveyor failure are analyzed.Because the layer of the body of the shield machine contains large concrete,it exceeds the excavation capacity limit of the screw machine,which causes the shaft failure of the screw machine.The normal function of the shield machine can be restored through the spiral machine maintenance and emergency reinforcement measures,and the relevant analysis can provide a reference for the solution of similar engineering problems.
