摘要
为提高扣式电池组装效率,文章提出了一种自动化控制系统设计,包括硬件设计及软件设计要点,硬件设计包括传感器、执行器以及控制器布置与选择。软件设计包括控制算法设计优化、编程语言选择及开发环境配置以及监测与故障处理措施分析。通过对该系统的有效设计,可以有效提升扣式电池组装生产线的效率、质量和安全性,在持续改进中推动相关产业向更高水平发展。
In order to improve the assembly efficiency of button batteries,the article proposes a design of an automatic speech control system.Including hardware design and software design points,hardware design includes sensor,actuator,and controller layout and selection.Software design includes optimization of control algorithm design,selection of programming language and development environment configuration,as well as analysis of monitoring and fault handling measures.By effectively designing the system,the efficiency,quality,and safety of the button battery assembly production line can be effectively improved,and the related industries can be promoted to a higher level through continuous improvement.
