摘要
ZJ17卷接机组供丝机的风力送丝机构由烟丝腔、落料闸门、接近开关、气缸和风速检测管等部件组成。原机设计的落料闸门不具备清洁功能,在实际工作中,在落料闸门与烟丝腔的结合面处常常附着烟丝,造成落料闸门与烟丝腔贴合不严,密封度降低,烟丝集存缓慢甚至不集存烟丝,导致后续烟丝供应不上。实际生产中解决此问题需停机对相关位置进行清洁,影响设备的连续运行且存在较大的安全隐患,借助原机的自动化控制程序,设计一种卷接机组自清洁翻板机构将具有一定的实用性。
The wind feed mechanism of the wire feeder of the ZJ17 winding and splicing unit is composed of components such as the tobacco chamber,the discharge gate,the proximity switch,the cylinder,and the wind speed detection tube.The tobacco chamber is a container for storing tobacco,and the"closed"state of the discharge gate determines the"collection and storage of tobacco"in the tobacco chamber.The"open"state of the discharge gate determines the"unloading of tobacco".The other components mentioned above all work around the two states of the discharge gate.The original machine design of the discharge gate does not have a cleaning function.In practical work,tobacco is often attached to the joint surface between the discharge gate and the tobacco chamber,resulting in poor fitting between the discharge gate and the tobacco chamber,reduced sealing,slow or even no collection of tobacco,resulting in insufficient supply of tobacco in the future.
