Application of New Process and New Technology in Steel Rolling Rroduction

现阶段轧钢生产技术水平得到了全面的升级,同时还结合现代化的生产技术和数字化生产模式,构建出了新兴的生产线设备条件、高性能的钢材及轧钢生产工艺技术手段。文章针对轧钢生产中的新工艺手段及新兴技术操作的应用状态进行了全面的分析研究,概述了现阶段我国轧钢生产技术的应用及发展现状特点,并且对于新兴的工艺手段及技术手段进行了全面的表述,以期为今后的技术发展提供相关的借鉴和参考。

At present,the level of steel rolling production technology has been comprehensively upgraded,and at the same time,combined with modern production technology and digital production mode,the construction of new production line equipment conditions,high-performance steel and steel rolling production process and technical means.This paper analyzes and studies the application status of new process means and emerging technology operation in steel rolling production,summarizes the current application and development characteristics of steel rolling production technology in our country,and describes the emerging process means and technical means in order to provide relevant reference for future technical development.
