随着现代工业自动化程度越来越高,机器人技术和工业视觉技术的应用越来越广泛,人工作业逐渐被自动化取代,自动化逐渐向智能化和信息化发展。PCBA工件需要与测试仪器通过线缆连接工作,线缆连接器型号非常多且位置不固定,自动化完全模仿人工作业的形式是不可行的。据此文章设计了一种适用于智能化测试且可调整的一体化治具。

With the increasing degree of modern industrial automation,the application of robotics and industrial vision technology is more and more extensive,manual work is gradually replaced by automation,and automation is gradually developing to intelligence and information.The PCBA workpiece needs to work with the test instrument through cable connection,and the cable connector types are very many and the position is not fixed,and it is not feasible to completely imitate the form of manual work.Based on this,an integrated and adjustable fixture suitable for intelligent testing is designed.
