边缘智力儿童的教育保障:韩国的行动与思考

摘要 20世纪90年代以来,韩国在边缘智力儿童的教育保障方面,以学校为主体实施了多样化的学校改进计划,设立了以学习综合诊疗中心为代表的社会扶持机构,并通过教育立法为边缘智力儿童教育保障提供法律依据。在此基础上,从专门指向性的教师教育、连续的支持体系和父母教育等方面对边缘智力儿童的教育保障进行了深入思考。本文通过对韩国边缘智力儿童教育保障行动与未来改进方向的研究,以期为我国边缘智力儿童的教育保障提供参考和借鉴。 Since the 1990s,Korea has implemented various school improvement programs with schools as the main body,set up social support organizations represented by comprehensive learning diagnosis and treatment centers,and passed education legislation to provide legal basis for educational security of borderline intellectual children.On this basis,the paper makes a deep thinking about educational security of borderline intellectual children from the aspects of specialized teacher education,continuous support systems and parental education.Through the research on the action and future improvement of educational security of borderline intellectual children in Korea,this paper hopes to provide references for educational security of borderline intellectual children in China.
