盐酸多奈哌齐片联合司来吉兰片治疗帕金森病的效果观察

Observation of curative effect of donepezil hydrochloride tablets combined with selegiline tablets on Parkinson disease

目的观察盐酸多奈哌齐片联合司来吉兰片治疗帕金森病的临床效果。方法抽取2020年3月至2022年2月南阳市中心医院收治的帕金森病患者96例,以随机数字表法分为单一组和联合组,每组48例。单一组采用司来吉兰片治疗,联合组在单一组基础上加用盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、氧化应激指标[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)]水平、临床症状[帕金森病评分量表(UPDRS)]、认知功能[蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)]、精神状态[简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分]、日常生活能力[Barthel指数(BI)]及不良反应发生率。结果联合组总有效率(95.83%,46/48)高于单一组(77.08%,37/48),P<0.05。治疗后,联合组MDA水平低于单一组,SOD、GSH水平高于单一组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组UPDRS评分低于单一组,MoCA评分高于单一组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组MMSE评分、BI高于单一组(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率(12.50%,6/48)与单一组(10.42%,5/48)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸多奈哌齐片联合司来吉兰片治疗帕金森病效果显著,能减轻机体的氧化应激反应,改善患者临床症状和精神状态,提升其认知功能和日常生活能力,且治疗安全性较高。

Objective To observe the efficacy of donepezil hydrochloride tablets combined with selegiline tablets in the treatment of Parkinson disease.Methods A total of 96 patients with Parkinson disease admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital from March 2020 to February 2022 were selected,and they were divided into single group and combination group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The single group was treated with selegiline tablets,and the combination group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets based on the treatment of the single group.The treatment efficacy,levels of oxidative stress indicators,including malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione(GSH),clinical symptoms assessed by unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale(UPDRS),cognitive function assessed by Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA),mental status assessed by mini-mental state examination(MMSE),daily living ability assessed by Barthel index(BI),and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the combination group(95.83%,46/48)was higher than that in the single group(77.08%,37/48),P<0.05.After treatment,the MDA level of the combination group was lower than that of the single group,while the levels of SOD and GSH were higher than those of the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the UPDRS score of the combination group was lower than that of the single group,and the MoCA score was higher than that of the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MMSE score and BI of the combination group were higher than those of the single group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combination group(12.50%,6/48)and the single group(10.42%,5/48),P>0.05.Conclusions Donepezil hydrochloride tablets combined with selegiline tablets has a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of Parkinson disease,which can alleviate the oxidative stress reaction,improve the clinical symptoms and mental status of patients,enhance their cognitive function and daily living ability,with good treatment safety.
