富马酸喹硫平片联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗女性抑郁症伴精神病性症状的效果及对糖脂代谢的影响

Effects of quetiapine fumarate tablet combined with sertraline hydrochloride tablet on female patients with depression with psychotic symptoms and its influence on glycolipid metabolism

目的探讨富马酸喹硫平片联合盐酸舍曲林片对女性抑郁症伴精神病性症状的效果及对糖脂代谢的影响。方法抽取山西省精神卫生中心2021年2月至2022年12月收治的女性抑郁症伴精神病性症状患者80例,据随机1∶1分组法分为观察组(40例,富马酸喹硫平片联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗)和对照组(40例,盐酸舍曲林片治疗),均持续治疗4周。比较两组治疗结束时临床疗效。记录两组治疗前后症状评分[症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分]和抑郁评分[汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分],比较两组糖脂代谢指标[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]水平变化情况,并记录两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床总有效率(97.50%,39/40)高于对照组(85.00%,34/40),P<0.05;治疗后,两组SCL-90、HAMD评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TC、TG、FBG和HbA1c水平均升高,但两组间比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论富马酸喹硫平片联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗女性抑郁症伴精神病性症状患者的疗效较好,有利于改善临床症状和抑郁情绪,且对糖脂代谢水平无明显影响,具有较高安全性。

Objective To investigate the effects of quetiapine fumarate tablet combined with sertraline hydrochloride tablet on female patients with depression with psychotic symptoms,and its influence on glycolipid metabolism.Methods A total of 80 female patients with depression with psychotic symptoms admitted to Shanxi Provincial Mental Health Center from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(40 cases,treated with quetiapine fumarate tablets and sertraline hydrochloride tablets)and control group(40 cases,treated with sertraline hydrochloride tablets)according to a 1∶1 ratio grouping method.All patients were continuously treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups at the end of treatment were compared.The preoperative and postoperative symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)score and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score of the two groups were recorded.The changes in the levels of glycolipid metabolism indicators,including total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),fasting blood glucose(FBG),and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),of the two groups were compared.The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded.Results The total clinical response rate of observation group(97.50%,39/40)was significantly higher than that of control group(85.00%,34/40),P<0.05.After treatment,scores of SCL-90 and HAMD decreased in both groups,and observation group had lower SCL-90 and HAMD scores than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG,FBG and HbA1c increased in both groups,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between observation group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Quetiapine fumarate tablet combined with sertraline hydrochloride tablet has good therapeutic effects on female patients with depression with psychotic symptoms,which is beneficial to improve clinical symptoms and depression.It has no significant impact on glycolipid metabolism,with high safety.
