积雪草颗粒联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病的效果观察

Curative effect of centalla asiatica granules combined with western medicine on diabetic nephropathy

目的研究积雪草颗粒联合西药对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的治疗效果。方法抽取2021年3月至2022年2月河南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的DN患者92例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组46例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组的治疗基础上采用积雪草颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分(倦怠乏力、面部浮肿、食少纳呆、小便黄赤)、肾功能指标[24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)]水平。结果研究组总有效率(93.48%,43/46)高于对照组(69.57%,32/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组倦怠乏力、面部浮肿、食少纳呆、小便黄赤评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组24 h尿蛋白定量、Scr、BUN、mAlb水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率(6.52%,3/46)与对照组(10.87%,5/46)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论积雪草颗粒联合西药治疗DN的效果显著,能降低中医证候积分,改善患者肾功能,且治疗安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of centalla asiatica granules combined with western medicine on diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A total of 92 patients with DN treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with centalla asiatica granules based on the treatment of the control group.The treatment efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score(fatigue,facial edema,lack of appetite,dark urine)and renal function indexes,including 24-hour urine protein quantitation,serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and microalbumin(mAlb),were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.48%(43/46),higher than the 69.57%(32/46)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of fatigue,facial edema,lack of appetite and dark urine in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 24-hour urine protein quantitation,Scr,BUN and mAlb in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group(6.52%,3/46)and the control group(10.87%,5/46),P>0.05.Conclusions The combination of centalla asiatica granules with western medicine has significant efficacy in the treatment of DN,which can reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and improve renal function,with high therapeutic safety.
