手术压疮防护评估记录单在脑出血患者术中护理的应用

Application of Surgical Pressure Ulcer Protection Assessment Record Sheet in Intraoperative Nursing of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的在脑出血患者术中应用手术压疮防护评估记录单,以期完善术中压疮评估,提高护理质量。方法分层抽取2020年6月1日至2020年12月31日某院收治脑出血并进行手术的64例患者作为对照组,2021年2月1日至2021年5月28日手术的64例患者作为观察组。对照组术中使用常规护理记录单,观察组在常规护理记录单基础上使用手术压疮防护评估记录单进行风险评估,并根据结果进行分层护理。比较两组压疮发生情况及护理记录考核得分情况。结果观察组压疮发生情况6.25%,低于对照组14.06%,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度压疮发生率(4.69%、1.56%)低于对照组(10.94%、3.13%),且观察组压疮平均面积(6.2±3.2)cm^(2)小于对照组(10.3±2.8)cm^(2),差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组手术压疮相关护理记录内容考核得分(95.06±8.41)分高于对照组(89.69±8.76)分,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论使用手术压疮防护评估记录单可以根据评估结果,采取有针对性的护理措施,降低压疮发生率,提高手术压疮相关护理质量。

Objectives To improve the evaluation of intraoperative pressure sores and improve the quality of nursing in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage by applying the evaluation sheet of pressure sores protection during operation.Methods A stratified sample of 64 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage who underwent surgery in a hospital from June 1st,2020 to December 31st,2020 were selected as the control group,and 64 patients who underwent surgery from February 1st,2021 to May 28th,2021 were selected as the observation group.The control group used the routine nursing record sheet during the operation,and the observation group used the surgical pressure ulcer protection assessment record sheet on the basis of the routine nursing record sheet for risk assessment,and stratified nursing was conducted according to the results.The occurrence of pressure ulcer and the score of nursing records were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was 6.25%lower than that in the control group 14.06%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of grade I and grade II pressure ulcers in the observation group(4.69%,1.56%)was lower than that in the control group(10.94%,3.13%),and the average area of pressure ulcers in the observation group(6.2±3.2)cm^(2)was lower than that in the control group(10.3±2.8)cm^(2),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of nursing records in the observation group(95.06±8.41)was higher than that in the control group(89.69±8.76),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of surgical pressure ulcer protection evaluation record sheet could take targeted nursing measures according to the evaluation results,reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer and improve the quality of nursing care.
