摘要
聚集诱导发光是指在溶液中,无荧光或荧光强度较弱的小分子经过聚集后,其荧光强度会逐步增强,具有AIE性质的化合物——聚集诱导发光分子,具有诸多优势,如高发光效率,不易聚集猝灭等。AIE技术的应用已经覆盖了生命科学、化学与材料等多个领域,在生物成像、光动力治疗、体内成像与细胞毒性试验、化学传感器、纳米技术等方面发挥了巨大作用。而在皮肤性病学领域中的应用也逐渐得到了广泛关注和研究,利用AIE技术可以用于皮肤肿瘤、感染和炎症等疾病的分析、诊断和治疗,具有广阔的发展前景。本综述将介绍AIE在皮肤性病学领域的应用研究现状和发展前景。
Aggregation-induced emission(AIE) refers to the aggregation of small molecules with no fluorescence or weak fluorescence intensity in solution,and their fluorescence intensity will gradually increase.Aggregation-induced emission luminogen(AIEgen),a compound with AIE properties,has many advantages,such as high luminescence efficiency and low aggregation quenching.The application of AIE technology has covered many fields such as life science,chemistry and materials,and has played a great role in biological imaging,photodynamic therapy,in vivo imaging and cytotoxicity test,chemical sensors,and nanotechnology.The application of AIE in the field of dermatovenereology has gradually received extensive attention and research.The use of AIE technology can be used in the analysis,diagnosis and treatment of skin tumors,infections,inflammation and other diseases,which has broad development prospects.This review will introduce the application and development prospects of AIE in the field of dermatovenereology.
