基于光敏剂的疗法促进皮肤伤口愈合的研究进展

摘要 皮肤伤口愈合涉及多重复杂过程,其中细菌感染是阻碍伤口愈合的重要因素之一。基于光敏剂的疗法发展迅速,有望抑制感染及促进皮肤组织愈合。该疗法主要是通过适当的光源照射光敏剂,产生活性氧成分而杀死微生物。同时,它还能调控皮肤常驻细胞的生物学功能,加速表皮再生化、血管生成和组织重塑来促进伤口愈合。最后,该疗法促进免疫细胞的募集,诱导促炎细胞因子产生,增强吞噬细菌与清除细胞碎屑效应。近年,诸多动物模型实验和临床试验,验证了新型光敏剂或治疗新策略在感染伤口中的有效性和优势。本文对基于光敏剂的疗法促进皮肤伤口愈合的机制与发展趋势进行综述。 Skin wound healing involves multiple complex processes,with bacterial infection being one of the most important factors impeding wound healing.Photosensitizer-based therapies are developing rapidly,promising to inhibit infection and promote healing of skin tissue.The treatments focus on killing microorganisms by irradiating the photosensitizer with an appropriate light source to produce reactive oxygen species.Moreover,they can regulate the biological functions of skin resident cells,accelerating re-epithelialization,angiogenesis and tissue remodeling to promote wound healing.Finally,the therapies promote the recruitment of immune cells,induce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines,and enhance the phagocytosis of bacteria and clear cellular debris.In recent years,numerous animal model experiments and clinical trials have verified the effectiveness and advantages of novel photosensitizers or therapeutic strategies in infected wounds.This article reviews the mechanisms and development trends of photosensitizer-based therapies to promote skin wound healing.
